You can find lots of real estate related resources (wholesalers, buyers, contractors, realtors, lenders, property managers etc.) 

These deals are so highly leveraged that if they fail to attain their projections and cannot refinance the project, it will fail and go to zero.

Single-family homes benefit from a larger buyer pool, appealing to families and owner-occupants, which makes them easier to sell.

It's the first question I ask buyers/sellers.

You can target specific people looking to sell their home and tell them that you are an interested buyer.

Above those two, scheduling and time blocking are usually where people are failing.
