Unless you're near Brush Creek (does 64131 go that far north), Indian Creek, or The Blue River, or by some chance the property is relatively low (I mean noticeably, like you're standing at it and every street away from it goes uphill), I wouldn't worry about it.

Having said that, I disagree with Xing Zhu...you cannot brush things like this under the table or you will not get the service you pay for and the respect you should get.
