They have blessed me with paying only $1200 for a 3br and 1 bath house when the previous tenant was paying $1800.

I look at it as a blessing now, I was able to find a good contractor to finish the job (my timeline was delayed about three months) without the stress of having to be in on such a tight schedule I did a lot more of the work I was hoping to defer.

My wife translated for a couple that was staying in Colorado due to seing a specialist and it would have been a blessing to have a home close to the hospital to rent.

In 2015 we were blessed by some very grateful friends and we were able to pay our home off in full. 

The land already has Electric, Water, Gas and a septic tank installed.The city has already blessed off on placing either a Commercial Building or a limit of 2 mobile homes on the property.In 2016 the Tax Estimate was valued at $24,000 due to improvements the renter has made to the property.I have a current renter who has been using the property for over 3 years wanting to buy the property and willing to sign a contract for $22,500 @ 10% for 12 years.

I witnessed this on a flip I sold in Philly and this post motivated me to look back at the details. 

In our area, most people don’t need a car because of the public transportation that we are blessed to have, plus you can get any where in this area using Uber if really necessary.

We are all incredibly blessed and fortunate.Personally, I accumulated a net worth of a little over 200k without ever making over 40k.
