The group has an excellent mix of experienced people (who have been investing for decades), people looking for new connections to expand their business, and brand new folks.Each session includes a 'haves and wants' section, where everyone in attendance can let the group know what they are looking for and what they have to offer.  

You will be suggesting to future investors to have a self directed some custodians will have webinars or classroom sessions for their members highlighting where they could put their money, that is a classroom you want to be in.Paul

The ***** session alone would be epic.I believe the underlying problem here is that investors often want contractors to have very, very simple business models.

It's a great chance to network with other real estate investors, listen to some relevant speakers, and attend sessions on a variety of real estate investing topics.  

Yeah, it means that some interesting threads will not be seen during any particular session, but, they're likely to pop up again soon enough if they're getting frequent/juicy responses.

In some counties you can go to the probate court at the time that the session is going on.
