Why not look at something that can be potentially life changing? 

Several factors are changing in my life and I’m thinking of maybe paying down/off some loans but will have to weigh the difference between the prepayment penalty on the commercial ones.

However a key to that is that you need to bomb several times due to the lengthy life cycle of the fleas once they get inside.

But trust me, when you find that architect that understand your processes, your life and projects will become exponentially easier, the projects will turn out better, and you will make more money in the end. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.
