@Bar Mandalevy I have to respectfully disagree with John Anderson.

If you want to sign Far Bar as is contracts with a 60 day closing and then agree to do a 45 day extension addendum while you are waiting on probate, then you could be aggressive that way, but I would just let it go, and remind them weekly you are interested.  

I have studied brokerage behind two top brokers in the industry since entering and am currently partnered with one.Before brokerage, I worked for two unique gentlemen in Los Angeles who own bars, restaurants, hotels, movie/tv production groups and promoting groups.

I'm working as a server at the Bar Louie in Stapleton but, if my activity on this website didn't already tell you, that's not where I want my career to stay.  

Been a while since i played, but there is a lot of business done during and after a round of golf at the bar ( 19th hole ), do you have to learn to play and go play Golf, NO, but it also wouldn't hurt.
