I am interested in helping us "Baby Boomers" in the thousands as we gracefully become older and wiser!

@MarkIve been trying to read as much as I could but working 60 hrs a week weith a 6month old baby and a 1 1/2 hr drive each way limits my reading.

People are getting married later, people are having babies later, people are buying houses later.

There seems to be a consensus here that taking baby steps is the way to go.  

If you really want to up the WOW factor you could do some exterior paint in a happy baby blue (no grey tones) and then keep the window trims crisp white and if you can change the door to a nice "vintage look" door painted crisp white to match the trim. 

Once this baby gets cooking I think 8% and 3% will be the vacancy/credit loss #'s.  

Because I am 26 years old with a newborn baby coming in August and I believe if I can get the hang of this early on in my life, it could pay off big time later in life for me and my family.  

Demographically there is a glut of baby boomers looking to exit therefore a buyers market from everything I have read so far in that space.Check out exit coach radio for a great podcast that might help you evaluate the strategy. 

We have baby-steped ourself from one house to seven in less than 4 years!
