However, Intuit does not stand by their product, their customer service is horrid, and most of their employees appear to be outsourced to India - and nary a one speaks clear english - and a lack of communication does nothing more than to increase the frustration and eventually persuade one to give up - which I now believe may be the ultimate goal.And I will not even get into the man hours I personally had to put in (16 hour days for months) to repair and rebuild the financial records cannibalized by their own software.Sorry for the rant.

The use provisions of your ground lease and more importantly the rules and regulations of the airport (often called Minimum Standards) will overlay and in most instances prohibit non-aviation uses in the hangar.

Seach for "proyecto de ordenanza num 24, serie 2018 2019" and translate in google, it gives you the option to download in English.  

We, as experienced REI, need to change this.IMHO, I believe we as a community should provide a resource to military members that explains, in plain english, strategies that would best help them in acquiring RE in a way that helps them on their path to FIRE.
