I have a long term job in Coral Gables and am used to commuting.  

My wife will be going to Commercial flight school with goals to be an internationals cargo pilot but at the least an international passenger pilot and once working her entire salary will be poured into investing along with about 30% of my own income which is what I am using now build up a down payment while also paying down credit card debt and trying to sell truck.

I am used to calling Vinyl planks, But I’m trying to sound more professional for all the experts. :-)I have been buying mine from Lowe’s, but seeing where other people are buying theirs.

I have been able to get one in Charleston SC  and one I am using in Florida now..

I am using quickbooks now, but am open to other suggestions.

The person I contracted with is the executor and I am  using a sales agent. the house was left to 12 siblings and a grandson that lives with a step mother somewhere in the middle east.

@John Do I’m not a VA buyer but am using conventional financing.

I am using QBO and want to account for utilities that I initially pay for (since they are shared throughout the building), and then the tenants reimburse me for each month (each unit pays a % of the total).
