I did not know there were paying issues with the tenant; the tenant was getting some state money, but only when she was pushed by the PM to do so, then used up her allotted amount and no longer paid any rent.

@Ryan ClearyFor 14k I'd assume the place is completely trashed.Shop around, my guess is you can find this stuff allot cheaper outside your PM.
