Great ideas, i've stayed in some cute campers on air bnb in some expensive markets.

Don’t fall to the pressure tactics.

How will that affect the supply air?

We found other two new violations (Not changing air filter causing AC to malfunction and we had to replace it) and (Not Maintaining yard).Is it ok to update the lease violation notices and resend eviction?

She literally kicked me out of a zoom while I was talking so I couldn’t continue pressuring for proof she is as successful as she says.

Did someone install too small a system, did the Freon leak out, are the air filters dirty. 

Throw in the fact its a county seat, has access to not only rail, but regional air, three US highways, two state routes and a state park, and I would wager there should be many more than 10,000 people there.

@Rafael Ro I’ve got a good contact near Pismo beach that is an agent but also an air b&b manager, may be a good person to talk to as she stays on top of the cities in the central coast and their ever changing rules around it.
