Dedicating time to study and learn through resources like YouTube, BiggerPockets, and other sites is invaluable.

So...I keep watching youtube or hearing of "experts" and I get excited and look into them more and then find out its a free ebook, then a "training session" where someone tries to sell you something...that takes me back to these forums to read reviews and here I am...I know I want and need a coach.

Clint Coons from Anderson has great stuff that he puts out on youtube and social media.Anderson Advisors recommended doing an umbrella LLC structure if you're setting up multiple properties, especially in different states.

Right now I'm watching and listening to his 3+ hour power point on youtube.

Reading, watching youtube videos etc. is great, however nothing beats meeting and being around active investors.

There’s a whole lot more thinking necessary than just stumbling across a YouTube video and being enticed by a change in lifestyle dream.
