1) I have utilized Airbnb before, and it is most effective between April to October months since that is when tourism in Denver is at its peak season.2) Anywhere in Denver is great, especially the hotspots of Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Wash Park, Platte Park, City Park, RiNo, close to downtown, etc...but just like anything else, pictures will do a great job if you are not in those prime locations.

Mike Hanneman I can't speak from personal experience on that yet but my Airbnb property manager showed me booking rates on his other units in the area and it didn't seem to slow down at all.Dallas isn't really a seasonal tourism destination, and if it was I don't know why anyone would go there in the summer when the heat will melt your face off!

So anyway, my initial thought was that Vegas is a global tourism spot and so would be good to have some short-term rentals there.

The short term rental business where we are is booming and our neighborhood is at the top of desirability for this type of tourism business, so we want to capitalize on this.
