Rather than poking at or even boasting that a ton of investors have lost money and are staying quiet, be glad that you're not one of them.  

All these "buyers" boast on their websites "We buy all cash with our OWN money, no banks no financial institutions" bull crap, and now they are bishing and whining that they need to be at 65% to cover their lies! 

It boasts a 98% accuracy rating and crime data is comprised of over 9 million reported crimes.

Located in the Muirfield subdivision of Stone Mountain, this split level boasts a 2-car garage, with breakfast area and bonus room.

Of course you have other guys with 1-5 properties that have gotten lucky so far and boast its easy.  

Also, bright and spacious commercial unit on first floor is currently vacant and boasts a welcoming reception area and updated 1/2 bath.

At that moment, I was a passive investor in 4000+ units (we boast about unit count, but only own a small percent of a deal.
