Inspections often nip problems in the bud and if done by your maintenance team and documented with photos, you'll be more organized and know if a tenant is abusing the unit.We have our maintenance people contact the tenant by phone before going out on a call to get a better understanding of what the issue is.

It just so happens my experience with section 8 has been horrible-- stereotypes exist because people are really like that, not everyone.. but some are.. she is incredibly rude, verbally abusive to us,  constantly complaining,  quick to say she is going to sue us--and gosh, it's everything people warn you about-- I got!
