I think the landlord wants to spot check to see if you are abusing the equipment from time to time. 

Inspections often nip problems in the bud and if done by your maintenance team and documented with photos, you'll be more organized and know if a tenant is abusing the unit.We have our maintenance people contact the tenant by phone before going out on a call to get a better understanding of what the issue is. 

He should be the one apologizing (and paying) if he abused the shelving.2nd month - this one you need to take on the chin because you were not clear with your tradesman. 

STRs here on Oahu are limited to 30 days or more, and as Manaia points out, the state is cracking down on abusers. 

And, YES, they are many exceptions, so use or abuse this advice as you see fit!

One account for the entire company is more common.As always, records should be kept in anticipation of litigation, particularly litigation that includes piercing allegations, since such allegations (abusive though they may be in non-fraud situations) are common.

It just so happens my experience with section 8 has been horrible-- stereotypes exist because people are really like that, not everyone.. but some are.. she is incredibly rude, verbally abusive to us,  constantly complaining,  quick to say she is going to sue us--and gosh, it's everything people warn you about-- I got!   

On the service dog, it’s the most abused aspect of renting.
