Maybe have the guy stand down by the unemployment office, any large business that you find out a bunch of layoffs are coming or it's closing and having a big going out of business sale, or the court house where people file evictions, BK, or divorce.

I believe we are in an up cycle that is near the top and a cycle where renovation of older homes and new construction will continue until there is an oversupply of housing and/or interest rates increase or there is a massive layoff of the highly compensated workers.
