Hi BP,I’m looking to know if anyone has any good contractors in queens, NY specifically those that work in the Bellerose,Hillside area. 

My mother in law is the grantor and my wife is the trustee and beneficiary.The Queens house was purchased in 1980 for $80k, and the SFH was purchased in 1990 for $180k.
