LTR we only get calls during emergencies, not asking us "how far is it from X" or "do you have a frying pan" or other basic questions. 

I understand some investors discuss their success about how giving multiple options/offers to the seller has worked in their favor, but in today's market I'm not quite sure how this would pan out.

Do yourself a favor in this crazy market and also get a good agent if you haven’t done that yet or those first few leads don’t pan out.

You think that would be an easy proposition, but that won't find a mentor, that will find every Tom, Dick, and flash in the pan.

If it doesn't pan out you still have the knowledge and there's a bunch of alternative ways to still invest successfully even if you don't maintain a sales license.

@Harpreet Singh in the Pacific Northwest where it is damp for long periods of time radiant heat is far superior to forced air (we also don’t really need air conditioning , although that is changing with global warming) so having forced air isn’t as needed.
