murders?

Hello Everybody,

Today I discovered a particularly alarming mold growing on a window sil in my house. I have scoured the internet and I cannot find any information that points to this mold I found.

But... i went to look at the deed recorder's office of NY for my info on who owns the mystery SFR and found there are no phone calls permitted to that office.

My offers are always cash and I offer aggressively for properties, but have many times lost out to the mysterious last minute offer that's $500-$1000 higher.

i agree with jon....my 'lot of house' comment was from personal experience.you are on the right path for the 3/2/2. my first property i bought, we purchased because it was good for us AT THE TIME. didn't look longterm. don't get me wrong, its a nice 2/2 with a loft, but the layout and area isn't the best.now i will only buy a primary based on jon's advice of buying a house 'you're willing to die in'. ofcourse, we hope that won't be the case though.....you look like a nice murderous clown from your photo, i hope you lead a long, long life.ALSO, if you have any intention on not dying in this house, be sure to make it not too personal. your last comment of it being built the way you want may not mean what someone else wants. if you are planning to not live in the house forever, think about neutral 'stuff'. stay away from the pink jacuzzi tub (of which the house i purchased last year had) and the crazy colored roof. ofcourse, anything can be replaced...just a thought

I would not consider "the hood" to be areas with a lot of gang activity or areas where frequent murders occur.

Have you tried offering your mystery tenants a significant "Cash For Keys" settlement if they'll leave?

So when I get one of these "mystery" offers, I reply with a PDF of this brochure and explain how we must discuss this before going any further.

What if you didn't and they end buyer had a child who got raped and murdered just one week after moving in.After some phone calls and research from their attorney, they discover that you provided the info to the selling bank and not to them.

The "man" is dead, and I hope to be the murderer.
