What are your thoughts of Pingree Park (just north of Indian Village)

CA Indian gaming has had major impact on south Shore Tahoe and while there probably will always be a Vegas I'm not sure of it's long term growth.Long story short, don't poo poo CA investing based on initial lack of cash flow if you can afford it and are willing to hold.

Maybe even the 15th if you're expected to actually be coherent on the 18th and you're not in Mumbai, Delhi, or Kolkata.

Yep growing up along the Ohio river I can see my estate in somewhere like Indian Hills.

For example, in Detroit, they'll look to send them to Chrysler Elementary in the Lafayette Park area (where I lived, incidentally, when I moved from Boston to Detroit 25 years ago), or Bates Academy in the Palmer Woods/Palmer Park/University District area, or the private Waldorf School in the Indian Village neighborhood.

If your talking the city then, Indian villlage , west village , Boston Edison , university district , Palmer woods are all great areas.

Your situation & grievance is something to be handled by the Indian State Real Estate Licensing Agency.

Having property both in San Jose and in Mumbai/Bangalore is pretty well common too.
