I know that you need the survey, you need to design what is going in the flooday, You need to design how you are offsetting what are doing to get a zero rise certificate, you need to get the FEMA floodway model and then have someone do the software run and make sure that you have zero rise and mybe tell you that you need to change more, but that seems to be mostly internal design and engineering?

I know some software will do it for you but that is for more traditional lenders.

Lastly, get a simple software that collects rent, late fees, updates maintenance requests and tracks payments.

Ensure that you are using a rent payment software program that records and categories rent and money charges and payments, including dates, payment amounts, and balance owed contemporaneously with the transaction.

Also, instead of logging in to a ton of different software, everything is right through the Jurny platform and most of it is included in the price.

I am using the RentRedi software, and it suggested that we receive rents using a business checking account and not a personal bank account.

I don't want to get rid of my low-confidence aspect, as I use that to over achieve on things (e.g. my Software Engineering Manager 9-5).

Ideally, we want a solution where someone at our physical office can scan the checks to their computer and send them to our accountant then he could deposit them with this "software"We cannot be the only ones with this dilemma.
