What does Providence, Worcester, Springfield and Hartford look like?

There was a recent light railish project in the area making a devoted bus lane into and out of Hartford- which I believe will change some of these neighborhoods.

Least volatile were Rochester NY, Buffalo NY, Hartford CT.

For example- next month I am doing a presentation at a Total Wine in West Hartford, CT. 

@Alex TestaniGreater Hartford area investment properties tend to get 2% rule (especially in rentable areas like New Britain, Meriden, Bristol and parts of Hartford) and acquisition cost is much more liberal than Fairfield county. 

Be careful how you explain this.When I first purchased my 4 plex in East Hartford, I made this:Hello XYZ Tenant, Your rent was due on [Insert Month] 1st.

Thus, Hartford County is a place people are turning to compared to other areas in CT.

But it's worth looking in Danbury, Hartford suburbs, SE CT-New London/Groton.

The markets I am interested in are New Haven, East Haven, Wethersfield, Hartford, West Hartford, Middletown, Glastonbury, Cromwell, Rocky Hill areas.I have been indecisive between smaller 3-4 unit houses and 20 unit apartments.I need some advice.I have ~200K to invest.
