I believe that’s a Fair Housing violation too so it stands for all states.  

Plus my only guy I have in that market is looking for a single tenant free standing building so unless you wall parcel off some of your parking lot and sell I unfortunately don't think I have anyone.  

The decision simply defined the definition of a "residential/dwelling unit" as it stands vis a vis the Conway Zoning Ordinance. 

Most of the industry (as well as lending and banking world) will stand behind any carrier with an "A" rating or better.Non-admitted carriers have some great advantages.
