Hey BP i havent posted on here for awhile due to lack of ability to use the knowledge right now, but i am now enrolled for a 6month internship for an assistant P.M.

Walked away from enrolling after tier 2 session, but just wanted to get some thoughts.

I was actually thinking about looking into student housing because FIU is fairly new and over the past 5 years its been exponentially growing both in enrollment numbers and physical size.

Also, this September, I will be enrolling into the American Real Estate school to become a notary, take some sales courses for a license and foreclosure course.

Get in the way of progress - In a student rental area, especially if the school is expanding its enrollment - which that information is normally boasted upon at the schools site.

One year ago, I decided to get more education and enrolled in the M.S. in Real Estate Development at George Mason University.Today, I am a student, I own and manage a few SFH rental units, I originate the occasional hard money loan and I build high performance homes.

My general rule of thumb is that an accountant/CPA/enrolled agent should be saving you at least as much as they're costing you.
