Don't know about you but having options available to tenants such as paying via credit card or taking out a temporary loan to make ends meet or waving certain fees... are options... which somehow you seem to disagree with because they aren't 'free'.

I am not able to purchase any other house without using those funds, so I am stuck staying in this Airbnb shared with a guy who coughs all night long and doesn’t have a car, always bothering me for rides and rolling papers, ect, eating my food, and yesterday he was yelling and waving a large kitchen knife around threatening his “friend of twelve years” and scaring the crap out of me.
