I am moving in about 6 months from Colorado Springs to New York for work purposes.

:-) Thank you.Fortunately in my research, I've found MTR in Denver to be in very high demand, and in fact, inventory can't meet demand.   :-)Now - I'm working the spreadsheet to make sure everything else works out! 

.- Low crime, low foot traffic- Access to restaurants, grocery and job (hospital, university, denver tech center, denver downtown)- COC ~5-6%My preferred method to buy is Sub-To, so I would like sellers (and agents) who are ready and willing to consider this.

Obviously being in Denver has opportunities for upside appreciation. 

The units are already being leased before the Certificate of Occupancy (CO), and they come with one year of complimentary property management to maximize cash flow.

Especially if it's a first one.Our first three purchases were condos in the downtown Denver area.

Btw, I was just in Denver this weekend for a quick trip :)
