I’m thinking the wS fee is included in that, not too sure.My brother is a real estate agent and we ran camps.

Uggh, I just when through this a couple of months ago, and even though the tenants were able to shower in their brother's apt downstairs while I gutted the failed tile tub surround and retiled, it was still a nightmare.

I also got a second opinion from my other brother  ( both contractors/developers are brothers)  and he agreed on changing kitchen sink, fridge and some work on bathroom.

Don't believe that hype my brother.

you know some of these markets are flooded with rentals.. and it could be market symptoms.. everyone and their brother has been buying sfr s and turning them to rentals.. you could have a supply demand issue as well.great pictures are a must though in all marketing.. instant communications for a large outfit may be unrealistic.. 

My brother has done this exact thing with no problems at all.
