Hi Everyone, I am looking for a tool that automates calls and emails as I am busy with other stuff. 

Does anyone know of an automation tool that will post listings rentals investors wanted ads to all the relevant channels in use today?

I was able to achieve stability, automate my payments and savings, and open myself up to new life and financial goals. 

Reachable, do you really want to have an automated phone promt system that takes 30 minutes to get to a real person, or do you want to have the phone answered by a real person4.

Are there any programs you can recommend which will automate most everything?  

I am looking to automate this and collect rent in an app like cozy or dwolla.

@Scott Meyers is a good place to start when looking for advice on Self Storage. 130 units is pretty small but if you can automate as much of the operations as possible it might be doable.
