Hi Nathan, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

I do not think enough coverage is going to the people who are fighting this fight -that job is tough and a big uphill battle to fight these fires.

Simplify the structure as much as possible, have clear roles and responsibilities that are not overlapping (meaning only one person is allowed to make certain decisions) and a clearly defined exit plan.
