Had one we recently did in a kitchen that had 4 floors we had to get out to start over otherwise our tile would have been about 2 inches higher than the hardwood floor it butts up to in the next room!

Hi @Norman BendersI would recommend picking a specialized strategy and go an inch wide and mile deep opposed multiple strategies and going an inch deep and mile wide. i.e. if you're going to start with 1-4 units (multi-family) learn everything you can about multi-family buy and hold.
