Me (Wholesaler), or the Seller?

There is a wholesaler that has several homes under a lease-option program for sale.

Kristian, do you sell mainly retail or do you have what you consider to be wholesale offerings among your 660 listings?

Look at it this way: If they cave for you...they will be flooded with wholesale requests they simply do not have the power to accept.

Well as for the types of deals I'm trying to work on, I'm leaning towards Assignments/Wholesales for starters, but I'd like to find out more about land investing eventually.

What are your methods/techiniques used for building a buyers list that you wholesale to?
