Thanks for taking the time to check this out...I live in NYC and I’m looking at vacation rentals in Dutchess & Ulster (as a renter, so I can spend a long weekend in the area and get a better idea of some neighborhoods).

What am I missing? This deal looks too good to be true. Low cash upfront, renter in place, rent is almost 2% of supposed ARV...there must be more to the story, right? Otherwise this thing would have sold already. Conv...
