There are larger teams than that which will help you with listing presentations and fundamental RE skills that you would not have gained from being completely independent from the start. 

More importantly, great ideas won't work for you because you don't have the same skill set as the person advising you.  

If someone had the skill to predict the market, they would be making boat loads of money.Your's or my guess is as good as anybody elses, my $0.02

There are areas that are slow to welcome the re-vitalization but I think are ripe for opportunity.   

We have talked a little over phone and I feel I have already done a little rapport during that time but just want to make sure I ask all and most vital questions.

You've got to be able to really sell the offer.By all means bark up this tree, but this shouldn't be your primary/only strategy, unless of course you are that seasoned salesperson or marketing expert and can/will put those skills to work. 

Too many people view it as something simple you can get in and out of like 5lynx or Mary K. it's involved and takes a certain degree of skill and a lot of passion helps.

Sounds like between you and your partner you have the skill set to take it to the next level.

@Shaun Weekes actually your info was vital because i was only going to send it in after the amended was completed but now im going to bring it to another professional to make sure everything is good.

I don't even know if I have the temperament to work with the people who are skilled in this process.
