I'd get this report updated once you have a better idea of actual averages (apologies if this is using actuals and kudos on getting that bill so low) so that you have a better idea of your "real/actual" cash flow over an estimated.I'm frankly not sure which of your exit strategies I'd consider as I have no experience sell-side.
