I use vacancies to thoroughly inspect the house, make changes I think will improve the appeal of the house, tenant proof things that weren't before, and adjust the rent price.

I would add to really vette the Contractors thoroughly....go online to the State License Board website and enter the License number.

This could be a concern for potential buyers.Market conditions: The local real estate market might not be favorable, with high inventory levels and low demand for properties.Financing issues: Some buyers might be unable to secure financing for the purchase, leading to them backing out.Other contingencies: There could be other contingencies in the purchase agreement, such as the sale of the buyer's current property, that are not being met, causing the deal to fall through.It would be a good idea to consult with a real estate agent and perform a thorough inspection of the property to get a better understanding of the issues that may be causing buyers to back out.
