Reed, another guru I think, but he lists the law suits, bankruptcies and jail time these thieves have.IMO, and yes, I may have a better insight to some areas of this, these educational information types are being examined, in time I'm betting there will be oversight as to products advancing systems, strategies or methods of conducting business.

So the rest of the 8 months a year production drops off for many.So what I am saying is if you make 15k for 3 months and spend most of it you will be in trouble because if the other months are 1 to 2k you now have about 30k for the year gross before taxes and business expenses.

Has anyone had any experience with the product called Wally Home which does this? 

Even at a 5% down payment, this option looks far more attractive than the Homepath FHA 3.5% down payment product, but I just found it odd that Homepath is still listing properties and not continuing Homepath financing for them.
