The only thing I can say is be patient after all this is real estate and it's all about sales if your looking for fast money you might as well go into stock trading the will probably give you the rush you're looking for.

I see it as a trade off, cheaper purchase price but a more limited buyer pool in the future, thus probably cheaper price.

comparitively speaking, I wouldn't have sold the extra car for 9K , I would've traded it for an old all-purpose pick up truck, as a rental property owner there's no telling how many times it would come in use, you could easily park it on one of the properties...Congratulations on taking the plunge!
