They will know setbacks, roads, storm sewer or surface runoff, storm ponds, sidewalks, everything else.  

I just scratched the surface on this topic. 

Tuition would plummet, worthless degrees would cease to exist (because no sane lender is giving an 18 year old $100K to study "fashion design" if that student can declare bankruptcy), colleges would eliminate the focus on "experience" classes would be harder, tens or hundreds of thousands of administrative positions at colleges would be eliminated, and ROI would be carefully considered by students, parents, lenders, and colleges. 

The states are sending checks now, student loan forgiveness is massive...another $500 billion that impacts 37 million people, and the doubling of the child tax credit will surface again.Inflation was caused by massive stimulus, supply chain disruptions, going to war, not enough drilling, limited immigration for 1-2 years, 2-4 million extra early retirees, 2-3 million extra people on disability due to long covid, and 1 million more people passed away (some of which were workers). 

Lots of great areas and much more inventory coming to surface.

For me those amenities include washer & dryer inside the unit (W/D supplied by landlord), SS appliances, granite or quartz counter tops, open floor plans, typically off street parking (not always, but it is a goal), quality hard surface flooring (hardwood or tile), kitchen island with seating or breakfast bar, private bedrooms (alot of older houses in my area are shotgun style houses, where one must walk thru bedrooms to get to other bedrooms), etc.  

How does the quality compare to the old fashioned tiled back splash? 

It rained pitting the surface, they came out and redid it for free.

It's negligible.It's like debating the circumference of Earth, fighting over a micron-sized speck of dust on Earth's surface, trying to include that in Earth's radius.
