As is, I have an eviction in process, of a tenant that vacated in Oct 2019, yet did not tell me, left some stuff/junk in unit, so I had to go to eviction...5-6months, No rent, no payments, etc...worst is, this month would have been changing locks w/Marshall, as no reply from him, and not fighting it at all, yet now 90 days frozen, no evictions!

Thanks I know there are agent regulations against stuff like this and fear mongering etc.....An unlicensed person though, doubtful there's anything illegal about it.I see no reason why it should effect the seller.

We thought that an alternative would be to rent a townhouse/ apartment for the remainder of the lease but I also have 9 cars (I collect) and with the amount of stuff and family members we have, it would be a giant inconvenience.

The code is just changed prior to the next renter arriving at the property.

I get thousands of dollars worth of free stuff every year from my credit cards, and I don't have to spend a dime on any of these cards to get that free stuff.
