The house was offered "AS-IS" and we're buying with cash.After the AO, it was disclosed to us that a "Paper-Road" runs through the property and is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain this parcel, which is about 25 feet worth of side yard.  

There is no question that becoming aware of what is preventing us from moving forward is a great first step: getting rid of those 'road-blocks', real or imagined, can free us to be a success!

My buyers I know personally and have relationships with, of course I know the we buy houses guys and gals in my area but most look at each other as competition rather than a possible collaborator down the road. 

I also plan to take on some buy & hold investing as well - down the road, but fixing and flipping is what I want to master first.

Believe it or not I sure have written out a plan of action and realized my road blocks (of course the main one being funding) however, I came up with a plan that even I would want to jump into if I had 10k.

You really need to be on the m east side of Raleigh Millington road to be in a decent area.
