Here’s the big difference however...When a Tenant uses a Credit Card to pay rent they are on the ‘hook’ for the payment (if you call paying as agreed a ‘hook’)... there is no getting around it… if they place ‘chargeback’ it can easily be held up in court at a later date to force them to comply and pay their debt to the LL... if they fail to make their payment to their CC company... they are sent to collections... in other words...

I could spend at least $500,000 in cash on a property myself, $1-20 million if I go into it with a family member who's interested in being a passive investor, and I'm fairly sophisticated in terms of general investing know-how (financial modeling, Buffett-style value investing, general MBA stuff, etc.).
