Hey Community,I'm am a completely green newbie!

Because in Sweden we have (jantelagen) which means that we should all have the same.I applied for green in USA just because i get energy here while my energy die directly when i land in Sweden.

Getting the gov to spend effectively may be a different matter, but I'm happy to contribute a little gravy to infrastructure, green or the less fortunate. 

@Marcel Morgan I just read "Sold" by David Greene and it actually has a section specifically for selecting a brokerage.

I don't want to waste anybody's time.Right now, I'm reading David Greene's book Long-Distance Real Estate Investing but I'm not sure that's going to cover all of my bases.

@Jonathan Greene: Thanks for your opinion, that's how I have felt and its currently holding back on making any serious moves.

I understand it is super nerve racking but I would suggest reading David Greene's book - 'Long Distance Real Estate Investing'.
