I have to agree with William. the realtor organization is very big.

I highly suggest you get your license and apply those skills so the rest of the world can benefit from them.      

It is important to me to self manage the houses and the areas that a white, red head,women with no foreign skills other than english and german are hard to find multi-plex.

I wrote a business plan when I got going, but mainly to organize my thoughts, I have yet to be asked by a lender for a copy of my plan, so format isn't a big deal.  

I would contribute my diy skills and contract the rest of the stuff out.
