I would also think anywhere near the beltline, Ponce city market, near the airport, six flags or any other main attraction would do well.

Avg is 1 week From the moment I give you the contract and scope of work, expect 2 weeks to get the appraisal done by your appraiser.

. :)  Sure, the ones feeling the squeeze the most won't be traveling, but there will be plenty of people who can still manage a week/weekend away, and maybe they'd normally rent a bigger/nicer place but the smaller unit will do just fine.  

The experience of dealing with them over the past week has been very disappointing and I will be taking everything elsewhere (yes, even the car).Aside from that, where do you guys find the best HELOCs?
