No matter how much you try to explain it to people, some would rather just shut their brain off and not challenge every decision they've made, rather than admit that what you're doing or trying to do might be worth while.

In the political world, none of that applies, a good example is shutting down a national economy and not predicting a supply chain issue, or issuing billions upon trillions and saying inflation is just "transitory", it's passing through, a short visit and will be gone in a few weeks......

We had to cancel the trip because the governor shut all the hotels to out of state visitors.

We have control of the house back as I had reports from the neighbors he moved out and he also text messaged me he left as well as was shutting off the utilities - so per the attorney that was justifiable enough to change the locks.So - some of the damage I was aware of due to a couple inspections on the house - last time I was in it was April - This house was immaculate from top to bottom and I'd finished it in high end finishes as this was the house my wife/I lived in and as I continued my RE career in Wichita I wanted it to be a show piece to other folks I'd do business with I knew what I was doing. 

@David Smit you may have a point or several, but I think that as soon as the term greed, or hoard is used you shut down the conversation for a lot of people because it feels like an attack, regardless of the intent. 

The unemployment spike is temporary as businesses are forced to shut.

It took a few weeks to shut down, it'll take a few weeks to open back up.

The 'landlord'/seller' broke in through an upper window & screwed the entry door shut, but this landlord/seller is a city employee.
