I used the downtime of COVID to get my RE license last year (why not save some money doing my own deals, do my own research and a good way to learn the industry and market) and after doing a ton of studying and listening to a ton of podcasts, I decided to get the ball rolling. 

Most of the time, the repairs will cost you more than the retail value of the house. 

That's what the entire sordid industry is built on.Get your license and subject yourself to the regulations the state has in place.

I thought they went out in 80's or 90'sYou're gong to have less people accept them because of the high fees they charge retailers and I doubt they offer much better deals than a 2% cashback on everything deal.
