If they are complaining so much if you are at a point you don’t need them then give them the happy clause if you are unhappy you can can leave and I’ll keep your security deposit I’m sure they will either leave or keep their mouth shut.

And really, you’d be happier if your agent just kept his mouth shut on correcting his ARV estimate?  

If the base ever gets shut down, there is no other industry in the area to keep the town thriving as it is.

One issue that did negatively affect me was that Bank of America shut down ALL my non owner occupied lines of credit.

The location is perfect - close to highly ranked schools, walkable to restaurants etc and train, short drive to grocery store.
