I would have to respectfully disagree with that input Johnathan.NJ does have high taxes, but the rentals are phenomenal in terms of income.

I called a couple real estate agents to see who they’d recommend to figure who was respectable and who had a well run operation. 

You and your business partner can each say that you did have the intent to hold your respective properties for investment purposes at this point in time.
