Additionally, i want to leverage my medical background to offer various medical services that would set our houses apart from the competition.This has convinced me that offering a great product with excellent staff in a caring and committed environment can certainly lead to success.

This would be considered a rooming house and has different/specific regulations in many areas as opposed to a traditional rental.  

Unfortunately to eliminate the most risk I have learned it is necessary to bend, and some times break, fair housing regulations to protect your business.

These industries will continue to exist and by their very nature will be located in these rural areasAside from that there are those businesses that are considered "unacceptable" and will locate in a rural area, far away from NIMBYs and city regulations.

You must, absolutely must, fully know and understand the state landlord tennat regulations.

If you’ve always lived in/near a coastal city in a more urban environment, focus on similar markets.

So...what bank/regulations allow for any of this to happen in under 6 months?

Take these basic terms to your attorney, financing your own deals really isn't a DIY thing anymore, after you've done a few under the new regulations you might cut your teeth on one later on, but not for your first note.
