The landlords that don't have large reserves and the ones that are over leveraged are going to be in a tough spot really quickly.I also think a lot of the "get rich quick" airbnb hosts are going to get wiped out if this lasts for more than a few months.

Yesterday I agreed to purchase a house in Michigan sale price is $110,000The seller is asking that I pay $40,000 upfront to eliminate the current mortgage then the remainder $70,000 on seller finance for four years can be longer as the seller likes the idea of a regular income.The seller doesn't want any connection to the house and ideally wants to be just a lender.

I guess if it goes straight from Active to Pending in MLS then you can assume there was no option, but that's not 100% true.You just have to determine a way to make your offers stronger....more earnest, more option, faster option, higher price, offer to pay title, eliminate the home warranty and there's a whole host of other things you can do to make your offers look better.

It is very similar to the regular flu so the cure is to hydrate, manage your symptoms, keep your fevers low, eat well, sleep well and let our amazing bodies take care of it.The hysteria is interesting but I am no longer shocked by it as I have witnessed a few snow storms since moving here and the reaction is very similar.
